Sichuan-style Beef Shank

250g beef shank
Supporting Ingredients:
150g cucumber
Seasonings:
5g Haoji Mult-Aroma Sichuan Spicy Sauce, 3g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, 2g sugar, 5g Ultra-tasty Soy Sauce, 3g vinegar, 5g Haoji Sichuan Green Pepper Oil, 10g chili flakes, 5g chili oil, Cooking Ingredients (20g scallion, 20g ginger, 15g spices, 5g salt, 20g cooking wine)
Preparation Method:
1. Add the cooking ingredients to the beef shank and cook until tender. Remove and let cool, then slice into pieces. Slice the cucumber into pieces and set aside.
2. Mix the sliced beef shank with the seasonings and toss to combine. Arrange on a plate with the cucumber slices.
