Sichuan-style Oysters

Main Ingredients:
4 Fresh Oysters

Supporting Ingredients:
5g Chicory, 5g Fennel Seedlings, 10g Sweet Bell Pepper, 2g Orange Peel, 5g Purified Water

Garnishes:
A few pieces of Okra, a few pieces of Cherry Tomatoes

Seasonings:
20g Haoji Ginger and Chilli Sichuan Sauce, 10g Oyster Sauce

Preparation Method:
1. Wash and shuck the oysters, then evenly arrange them on a plate. Cut the sweet bell pepper into thin shreds and set aside.
2. Use chicory, fennel seedlings, sweet bell pepper shreds, okra, and cherry tomatoes to decorate the plate.
3. Mix the Haoji Ginger and Chilli Sichuan Sauce and oyster sauce to create a sauce. Pour the sauce over the oysters and sprinkle with orange peel granules.
