Main Ingredients:
200g fresh peach kernel

Supporting Ingredients:
50g Arctic Shellfish

Seasonings:
10g Haoji Ginger and Chilli Sichuan Sauce, 5g light soy sauce, 3g olive oil, 2g mustard, 5g purified water

Preparation Method:
1. Blanch the main and supporting ingredients and set aside.
2. Mix the seasonings evenly and stir them into the main and supporting ingredients. Then plate and serve.
