Homemade Sichuan-style Crucian Carp
Main Ingredients:
1 large crucian carp (400g)
Minor Ingredients:
20g chili peppers, 50g scallions, 50g ginger, 50g spring onions
Seasonings:
50g Haoji Classic Sichuan Spicy Sauce, 2g salt, 10g cooking wine
Preparation Method:
1. Steam the marinated crucian carp in a steamer for 8 minutes, drain the excess water, and place it on a plate.
2. Take the Homesick Exotic-flavored Sauce, add 50g of purified water, chili peppers, and chopped spring onions. Mix well and pour over the crucian carp. Serve immediately.
